Working with the Upper Hunter Shire Council, GCM has provided assistance with funding for numerous government grants to upgrade lighting at sporting facilities within the Upper Hunter Area. A recent project saw the Scone Park sports field lighting upgraded to an average of 200lux using local trades and Zumtobel lighting products.

The existing lighting was a mix of various makes and models and not all fittings were working. Zumtobel provided assistance throughout the planning stages by providing designs and lighting simulations to ensure the field was brought up to State Competition Levels of 200 lux.

Faulkner Electrical of Scone installed 20 new fittings and initial test results have shown excess of 200lux has been achieved across the park.
